About me

Hi, I’m Mandy, the author and team co-ordinator of this site.  My two decades of working in personal development sciences such as counselling, mindfulness meditation and personal coaching has presented me the extraordinary opportunities to work with pro golfers and committed amateurs in helping them improve their game.  We did this together by developing an individualised understanding of the inextricable role that the mind plays in helping the body deliver the most satisfying and exhilerating experiences on the golf course.

For this website I have uploaded some of my own articles on how to build a true mind/body connection in your golf and searched out a number of supporting resources which I believe will help you improve your mind game of golf, and allow your body to support it by becoming more relaxed and ‘in the flow’ – that perfect zone where the mind and body synchronise in the power of the present moment.
